In the Master's Program, this major prepares graduates with a high level of expertise and sound judgment who can plan and execute innovative management techniques in the public and private sectors as well as affiliated organizations. The Doctoral Program prepares graduates with a high level of expertise and sound judgment who can adopt core roles in planning and executing innovative management techniques in the public and private sectors as well as affiliated organizations. Both the Master's and Doctoral Programs foster these skills through educational research on fundamental knowledge and practical methodologies such as basic approaches to innovation and strategies for its promotion and how to strike a balance between the global environment and social acceptance in response to changes to human and social environments.
