　大学院環境情報学府情報環境専攻博士課程前期2年の加藤慎二さん（指導教員：長尾智晴教授）が 2019年12月15日（日）に開催されたthe 2019 Symposium on Evolutionary Computation においてIEEE Computational Intelligence Society Japan Chapter
Young Researcher Award を受賞しました。

受賞した発表論文の題目は "Improvement Method of Genetic Programming using Transfer Learning" です。この賞は、同会議における優れた論文に対して贈られるもので、加藤さんの研究論文が高く評価されました。
