YNU held the Yokohama Environment and Information Sciences International Forum
On December 23rd, 2015, “The Yokohama Environment and Information Sciences International Forum”, organized by the Faculty of Environment and Information Sciences, was held at YNU. This year YNU invited 16 researchers from Prince of Songkla University (PSU, Thailand) which had an exchange agreement with YNU. All the 16 lectures and 18 poster sessions were conducted in English.
After the forum, a reception was held at campus restaurant “PORTY”. With YNU President Yuichi Hasebe attending, it became an opportunity to strengthen the friendship between PSU and YNU.
Prior to the Yokohama Environment and Information Sciences Forum, 6 faculty members of PSU, including Vice President Pattara Aiyarak, made a courtesy visit to YNU President Yuichi Hasebe. Both parties took this precious opportunity for information exchange on several ongoing issues.
