3. 【3月4日開催】「ゴンドワナと島弧：過去と現在」国際シンポジウム

　ゴンドワナ大陸は、オーストラリア、南極、インド、南アフリカ、アフリカ、マダガスカルを含む過去に存在した超大陸で、プレートの移動に伴う島弧と大陸衝突により形成・成長したと考えられています。今回のシンポジウムでは、日本、オーストラリア、インド、南アフリカ、アフリカ、マダガスカルの研究者が集い、ゴンドワナ大陸と島弧についての研究成果について議論を行います。
